Where can I try them on?
We are located opp Lowes on Level 2 in Castle towers, 6-14 Castle street Castle hill NSW 2154 Sydney.
Can I customize my own wig?
Yes, We have a large range of products to suit most customer's needs at our store however is should you would like to customizes your own wig we can happily accommodate (approx. 6-8 weeks).
Can I return and exchange it?
For hair product, our store policy is no refund and no exchange, please choose carefully before you place order.
If it is faulty item, please contact us with 1 to 2 days, we will exchange it for you. Please make sure the product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition and the tag still attached.
How long does it take to receive my wig by post?
Australian post usually takes up to 2-3 business days. If customer want us to express post ( 1 business day delivery), please let us know when you place order.
What is the best way to look after my wig?
Straight and wavy style products: Use the wig brush to gently brush it from bottom to top.
Curly products: Use finger to go through the curly section. To pick piece by piece and brush it from bottom to top, then use you finger to twist it back to curl when the curly sect is very messy.
The most easiest way to look after your wig is simply to have a wig stand. Our wigs are heat resistant up to 180 degrees.
Are your wigs real hair?
Yes, we sell real hair wigs and heat resistant fibre wigs and Japanese KK fibre wigs.
What is synthetic hair and does it look real?
Synthetic hair is man made hair which is made look realistic as possible. There are different qualities out there. At Sammi wigs our wigs are heat resistant up to 180 degree and can be styled with a hair straightener.
Can I wash my wig?
Washing one time after you used about 25 to 30 times, when you do follow the below steps
1.) Wash with cold water with shampoo and conditioner ( If human hair wigs, need to wash it in warm water).
2.) Allow to completely dry naturally indoors (do not use a hairdryer, blow dry it only for human hair products).
3.) Use a wig brush to brush starting from the bottom of the wig and slowly making your way to the top at medium pressure.
SUBSIDY & REBATES?
There have been cases were customer have been able to claim a rebate from their health provider for alopecia or cancer. We encourage customers to contact their health providers. We issue formal invoice for our customer.
